Prices

        CHEF DE PARTIE      -  £16.50ph

         SOUS CHEF              - £17.50ph 

         HEAD CHEF             -  £20ph

 

 

24 hour notice: I would charge additional £25 to the total cost.

The minimum time for a long term post is 45 hours per week. 

Bank Holidays are charged at a double rate. 

An Invoice will be sent on a Sunday evening.  It would need to be paid in 5 working days.
